Using our website is free of charge. But keep in mind that you need to earn user points before
you can start asking questions. The number of user points required to ask a question is
dynamically calculated and based on the number of users which are currently in line for asking
and answering questions. The exact number of points required to ask a question appears when you
click on the "?" icon. Note: Your user point balance appears on the left hand side of every page
once you are logged in.
You can earn user points by answering questions. Just click on the "!" icon to participate in a conversation.
The user connected to you rates your performance after the conversation. The user points assigned to you are
dependent on that rating.
It depends. Once you are in the queue to ask a question or answer a question, we will try to
connect you to another user. Please be patient. This may take a moment, depending on your position in the queue, your own user profile or the profile you
have specified (Hint: try "Any"). Be prepared because the conversation could start at any second.
The user profile consists of information such as age group, gender, origin and might be expanded at a later time for
user convenience. A user asking a question may specify a user profile. A user willing to answer a
question and matching the desired profile will be linked to the conversation. We encourage you to keep your profile current.
You can review and update it on the "My Account" page.
This is an import one. If you want to end or abort a conversation, please don't close the browser window or
navigate to another web page. Instead, proceed as follows: If you requested the conversation, please click
on the "End Chat" button once you are satisfied with the answer or want to end the conversation. If you are answering
the question, please wait until the asker has officially ended the conversation as described before.
In case you want to end the conversation yourself, hit the "Leave w/o points" button but be reminded that you won't
receive any user points if you ended the conversation this way.

Activity points measure your user activity. Your activity point balance is increased every time you
ask (increased by the number of points required for the question) or answer (increased
by the number of assigned user points) a question. We display a list of the most active users on the web site.
Please take the time to rate the performance of the answerer. Based on this rating, the answerer will receive
between 0 and 4 user points.
