The first weeks
2007, Nov. 27
Don't worry, we are anything but lazy while you check out the service!
Currently we are working hard on a lot of different things.
First and foremost, we are trying to gain more visibility. Because this service would
be as exciting as watching grass grow without users hanging out here to chat with.
Please be a little more patient and check back often, while we promote the site and
work on exciting new features.
So far, we would like to thank everyone who already registered -- and a lot of
you actually did! Thanks a lot, we higly appreciate your interest! Also we highly
appreciate all the feedback we received during the last four weeks! (give us feedback)
YWM launched
2007, Nov. 03
Finally, after six months of work, we are thrilled to open up youwereme.com to the
general public. With your help we hope to be able to further improve the site. That is,
you may give us feedback and submit potential bugs.
It all started with the idea of exchanging experience and perspectives. Helping each
other by providing advice or ideas. With youwereme.com we are trying to help you answer
the question "What would you do if you were me?". Even if you don't want to ask this
question, you can get in touch with other people around and answer theirs. To get started,
you may register for a free account.
Please note that you need user points in order to ask questions. Those points can be
earned by answering questions. Starting today and for a limited amount of time, we will
credit each new user with 10 user points.
